À Hokkaidō, les voiturettes ne servent pas seulement à transporter clubs et golfeurs. Les 19 et 20 septembre 2026, le Hakodate Onuma Prince Hotel en a transformé plusieurs en rayonnages pour sa « Komorebi Library », installée en pleine nature. Caisses à vin, livres et tapis posés dans l’herbe complétaient cette bibliothèque éphémère, imaginée notamment pour remettre les ouvrages imprimés entre les mains des plus jeunes.
